Standup là nhịp điệu hàng ngày của hầu hết các nhóm làm việc từ xa. Định dạng chuẩn là Yesterday/Today/Blockers, mỗi người 1-2 phút.

Yesterday (tôi đã làm gì hôm qua)

Framework cơ bản:

Yesterday, I [action] [what] and [result/impact].

Ví dụ:

✅ "Yesterday I fixed the auth timeout bug in the login flow.
   Tests are passing and QA is reviewing."

✅ "I completed the database migration for user_profiles and deployed
   to staging for testing."

Không nên nói:

❌ "Yesterday I did some work on the bug"  (quá mơ hồ)
❌ "I was working on stuff"  (hoàn toàn vô ích)

Today (hôm nay tôi sẽ làm gì)

✅ "Today I'm finishing the caching layer for search results,
   then I'll review the PR from Sarah."

Từ khóa:

I’m going to / I’ll — kế hoạch tương lai
by EOD / by this afternoon — ước tính thời gian
assuming no blockers — điều kiện

Blockers (có gì đang chặn tôi không)

Chỉ nói những gì thực sự đang chặn bạn.

✅ "Blocker: I'm waiting for the Stripe API credentials from finance."

✅ "I'm stuck on the database migration. The column rename is causing
   a foreign key constraint error. Anyone familiar with this?"

Tình huống 1: Báo cáo tiến độ

Hey, I wanted to give you an update on the payment integration.
We're about 60% complete. I'm on track to finish by next Friday.

Biểu đạt chính:

I wanted to give you an update on… — bắt đầu báo cáo
on track to… — đang theo kế hoạch

Tình huống 2: Nêu khó khăn

I wanted to discuss the timeline on the mobile app redesign.
We realized the scope is bigger than we initially estimated.
I'm worried we'll slip the deadline without more resources.

Tình huống 3: Yêu cầu tài nguyên

I need your help on something. Could we bring in Alice,
who has experience with this library?
