Setup Steps

1. Create a Team Account

Admin signs up with Apple Sign In or Magic Link. Select Create Team, enter team name and organization info.

2. Invite Members

In Admin Dashboard:

1. Members → Invite New Member
2. Enter member email(s) (multiple emails separated by commas)
3. Set role: Admin (manages members/policies) or Member (full features + shared word book)
4. Click Send Invite

Members receive an email with a link to join the team.

3. Members Install the App

1. Download DevLingo macOS app
2. Sign in with the same email (Apple Sign In or Magic Link)
3. App auto-detects team membership and loads team settings
4. Word book and learning history sync immediately

Shared Word Book

The team word book is a shared terminology library contributed by all members:

• Core technical terms (API, library, deprecation, etc.)
• Team-specific expressions and project abbreviations
• Industry-standard usage for your tech stack
• L1 interference corrections for your team’s primary languages

All members can view, search, propose new entries, and mark entries as helpful. Admins review and approve proposed entries.

Usage Analytics

Admin Dashboard → Analytics provides:

• Most searched terms
• Active user count (weekly/monthly)
• Learning patterns by time of day and app context
• New member onboarding progress
